Reserve + Collect

Reserve + Collect is now available at the Axedale and Dingee library agencies.

Place your reservation over the phone or using our online catalogue, then have your loan delivered to our collection points at the Axedale Public Hall or the Dingee Bush Nursing Centre.

Pick Up + Return Hours

Dingee: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday: 8.30am-4.30pm. Wednesday only: 8.30am-1.00pm.

Axedale: 2-3pm every second Thursday. Please call 5449 2790 to confirm which Thursday.

How Reserve + Collect works

  1. Access the library catalogue online. For more information on navigating the catalogue and placing a reserve, View our Browsing and reserving online video.
  2. Place your reservation, remembering to select your preferred pick-up location.
  3. Wait for an email, SMS or phone call advising when your reserve is ready to collect.
  4. Check the Pick Up Hours above, then head down to collect your item.

Please note: our Axedale and Dingee library agencies are not open for browsing. Only reserved items can be collected during library visits.
