Feedback Form

We would love to hear about your experiences with our libraries.

Whether it is a compliment, complaint, or just a suggestion, your feedback will help us continue to improve our services and programs and engage better with our communities.

All feedback is recorded electronically on a regional database.

If you have indicated that you would like a response, you will be contacted within 10 working days.

Compliments will be passed on to the relevant staff member or team, suggestions will be considered at team meetings, and constructive criticism will be passed on to the team manager to be evaluated.

A summary of feedback received, and responses or actions will be reported to the CEO and the Library Board quarterly.
