Library Services Officer - Bendigo

Bendigo Library is recruiting a fulltime role to work across the full range of library services including day to day operations, customer service, community relations, collection access, and information services. Our LSO positions spend at least 65% of their time in a front facing customer service role. The rest of this role has a special focus on program delivery and we are interested in people who can demonstrate enthusiasm and experience in planning and delivering quality library programs for young people and adults (including digital literacy) and can also fill in when required to support children’s programs.

The role is ongoing, Band 4 ($59,660-64,319 per annum) 1.0 EFT and rostered across library opening hours. It includes regular Thursday evening (until 7.30pm most weeks and sometimes later to cover program needs) and Saturday shifts. Please note that this role is full time and the successful candidate will be required to fulfil all rostered shifts, including extended opening hours, at 1.0 EFT capacity.
