As well as APS, Word Travels delivers spoken word events throughout the year including: Story-FestMultilingual Poetry SlamThe Rumble Youth Slam and bespoke events and workshops for schoolscompanies and organisations.

Victorian Heat

The search is on for Australia’s 2018 Poetry Slam champion! Speak, scream, howl, whisper or even sing your poems, stories, lyrics or monologues in this electric live event where the audience is the judge. Two finalists from each slam heat will compete in their state final, and the winner and the runner-up from each state will compete at the national final at the Sydney Opera House in October.
